Located in a peaceful area just 10 minutes away from La Rochelle's bustling port, renowned aquarium, iconic Fort Boyard, and inter-island cruises; and a mere 5-minute drive from Aytré's beautiful beach, our unique property welcomes guests throughout the year. Additionally, we are conveniently situated only 15 minutes away from Châtelaillon-Plage's lively casino, picturesque beach, and mini golf, as well as the mesmerizing island of Ré. A 9-hole golf course, an equestrian center, and a thrilling ropes course are all within a short 500-meter distance.

Our property boasts three bedrooms with separate entrances, ensuring privacy and comfort. Guests can indulge in relaxation at our indoor pool area, complete with sunbathing facilities. A spacious garden, terrace, and a cozy TV lounge are also available for their enjoyment. Other amenities include a fridge, ample parking space, internet access, and wifi. Please note that there is a shared toilet for the three rooms, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
