Description for Gite
This spacious gite offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, designed with your comfort in mind. The kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes. There is a dining table with 5 chairs, and in the living area, a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, TV, DVD player, and WIFI.The gite features a generous bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the pool). The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
For your convenience, the gite also offers a laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies.
Guests have access to a 4000m2 park, a playground, bicycles, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a communal pool (5x10m2), heated from June to September and treated with sea salt to provide a chlorine-free experience. The pool area also includes a hot shower and toilet facilities.

If you are traveling from the northern part of France, we recommend taking the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet and then continuing on the A83 motorway. Take exit 8 towards La Rochelle at Fontenay le Comte.
For those coming from the southern part of France, take the A11 and shortly after Niort, switch to the A83 motorway. Exit at Fontenay le Comte, exit 8 towards La Rochelle.
Our location is only 5 km away from junction 8 of the A83, making it very convenient for travelers.
