Restored to its former glory, this 18th-century silk house is located in the charming hamlet of Chabanne, near Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues, and Aubenas. Combining traditional charm with a contemporary touch, this stone house features old chestnut beams, stone windows, and antique furniture, as well as polished concrete floors, a metal staircase, and aluminum door frames.

With a capacity to accommodate up to 5 people, the 70 m2 cottage boasts two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and one with twin beds (90 cm). The main floor features a walk-in shower and a lava stone sink, easily accessible from both bedrooms.

The cozy living room, with its high ceiling and ample natural light streaming through the large bay window overlooking the terrace, is equipped with a kitchenette and a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher, providing everything you need for your meals.

An iron staircase leads to a relaxation area on the bridge (equipped with a 90cm bed) and a private terrace of 40 m2 offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, including the Tanargue mountains. The terrace is furnished with a table, lounge chair, electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.

The cottage is conveniently located near various rivers, such as the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, which offer beautiful swimming spots and fishing opportunities.

Additional amenities include private parking in front of the house, a rental period from Saturday to Saturday, and the option to bring pets for an additional fee of 50€ per week. A tourist tax of 0.80€ per day per person over 18 years applies, and there is also the option to add a cleaning service for 60€, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without worrying about the final cleaning.
