Our charming cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Spanning approximately 50 m2, it features 3 rooms on the ground floor and a cozy bedroom upstairs. All rooms are equipped with electric heating to ensure a comfortable stay.Located independently, just 30m away from the main house, our cottage is nestled within a picturesque wooded park spanning 1.4 hectares. Guests will have their own private garden and a delightful terrace complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.
For convenience, there is a well-lit asphalted parking area available, as well as a garage specifically designed to accommodate bicycles or sailing equipment.
The main room of the cottage is a spacious and tastefully decorated living area with large windows, providing ample natural light. Here, guests can relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs while enjoying the company of a color TV. Additionally, there is a selection of board games, books, and tourist information available for guests' entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a washing machine, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and cooker. Guests will find everything they need to prepare delicious meals.
The bathroom is furnished with a shower and double sinks, providing convenience and comfort. There is also a separate toilet for privacy.
The cottage offers a bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable 160 X 190 bed and a bedside cabinet. Additionally, there is another room located upstairs, accessible from the living room, equipped with two beds measuring 90 X 190. This room also features bedside tables and a closet for storage.
Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a cot for families traveling with young children, ensuring a comfortable and family-friendly stay.

From Paris, England, take the A16 towards Calais and continue until Release 35: Porch. After the motorway exit, turn right. At the fire station, make another right and follow the Wierre-Effroy road for 4 km.
From Lille, Belgium, head towards Dunkerque on the A25 and then take the A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer. Take exit n° 36: Marquise. Follow the signs for Marquise, go down Ferber avenue, and take a left after the Carrefour Market supermarket. At the fire station, turn right and continue on the Wierre-Effroy road for 4 km.
If coming from England via Dover-Calais through the Channel Tunnel, take the A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer and exit at n° 36: Marquise. Follow the signs for Marquise, go down Ferber avenue, and take a left after the Carrefour Market supermarket. At the fire station, turn right and continue on the Wierre-Effroy road for 4 km. Upon arriving in Wierre-Effroy, cross the village and take a left after the church. After about 500 m, you will see a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Descend the path to our house, which is white and has blue lavender.
If coming from Reims, Arras, or Laon, take the A16 towards Calais and exit at Boulogne-sur-Mer and N42 (4 lane road). Take the Le Wast exit and after 2 km, turn left towards Wierre-Effroy following the signs for Marquise. Before reaching the village, on the left side, there is a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Descend the path to our house, which is white and has blue lavender.
