Welcome to our charming 19th century house, located on a historic medieval site. Since 2017, we have tastefully renovated our bedrooms to ensure your utmost comfort.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a double bed (160x200) and can accommodate 1 to 3 single beds. Complete with a private bathroom and separate toilet, our rooms provide a serene retreat. From your window, you can admire the breathtaking views of the beautiful Agen countryside. Despite being only a 15-minute drive from the center of Agen, our location also offers convenient proximity to the Sainte Marie de la Garde Monastery, just a 5-minute walk away.

As we are parents ourselves, our house is equipped to cater to the needs of children. Our daily life involves exciting adventures such as countryside walks, egg hunts in the chicken coop, and refreshing swims in our pool.

To start your day on a delightful note, we offer a complimentary breakfast, which features local and homemade seasonal delicacies. Served in our inviting dining room, it is included in the room price.

Being deeply rooted in the Agenais region for several generations, we are passionate about the local culture and history. We would be thrilled to share our knowledge and insider tips to enhance your journey through Lot and Garonne.

Our rates are as follows:
- 50 per room per night, with an additional charge of 10 per extra person (children in travel cots stay for free)
- 60 per room per night from July to August, with an additional charge of 10 per extra person (children in travel cots stay for free)

Although we do not provide table service, we offer a catering service for your convenience.

We warmly welcome animals, as long as they do not climb on the beds and can coexist peacefully with our cats and chickens.

Equipped with a separate bathroom, toilet, and ample storage space, our rooms ensure convenience and tranquility throughout your stay. For families, we are pleased to offer the option of adding an extra bed for children or babies, and we are fully equipped to cater to the needs of young children.

Indulge in the utmost comfort with our room amenities, including a plush 160 x 200 bed with premium bed sheets. Additionally, each room boasts between 1 and 3 beds, sized at 90 x 200, ensuring a restful slumber for all. You will also find convenient tables, bedside lamps, a kettle, and a delightful selection of teas in each room.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have included bed linen and towels in the price, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
