The accommodation can be accessed through an independent entrance and a staircase leading to the bedrooms and the separate bathroom.

The master bedroom is furnished with a 140 bed, a 120 sofa bed, a 90 extra bed, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, a dining table, and 4 chairs. There is also an additional water point available in the room.

The second bedroom has a sleeping area with a 120 bed and a dining area with a small table and 2 chairs.

For small meals, the kitchenette is equipped with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils and crockery.

The bathroom includes a shower, sink, towels, hair dryer, and a toilet. Sheets, duvets, pillows, and bath towels are provided.

Guests have free access to a private garden area with a table, benches, and deckchairs. Additionally, visitors can arrange a visit to the farm and horse riders passing through can utilize the available boxes.

To ensure the safety of the horses and domestic animals on the premises (including 2 whippets), the entrance to the Haras is secured by an electric barrier that must be kept closed. Prior contact is required for the acceptance of animals, and a supplement may apply.

A spacious car park is available for all types of vehicles.

The rental rates for the accommodation (2 bedrooms) are as follows: 63 Euros per night for 2 travelers, with an additional 11 Euros per night per additional traveler (maximum of 4 guests). Breakfast can be provided on weekends for an additional cost of 8 euros per person.

To get to the Haras de Montmarcé, located at 61240 Le Merlerault, you can take advantage of its convenient location near several motorway exits. It is easily accessible from the exits of Le Mans, Caen, Rouen, and also along the road leading to Paris. Additionally, you will find an exceptional site nearby known as Le Haras du Pin.
