I am a historic house that has been beautifully renovated in 2016/17, offering all the necessary comforts for a comfortable stay. Nestled in a peaceful and green environment, I provide a tranquil retreat where your children and pets can play happily without any worries of disturbing neighbors or being close to a busy road. Despite the serene surroundings, I am not isolated and am conveniently located in a small village with amenities such as a bakery, pastry shop, small grocery store, and café-restaurant. For additional shopping options, you can visit Corlay (4.5kms away) or the larger supermarkets in Rostrenen and Pontivy. Moreover, I am only 40 minutes away from the beautiful bay of Saint-Brieuc and its beaches, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration.

The ground floor of the house features a spacious living room and lounge area of 50m2, complete with a sofa bed, an American kitchen equipped with modern conveniences, and a cozy salamander fireplace for chilly evenings (wood is provided). Additionally, there is a bathroom/laundry room and a separate toilet on this level. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a child bed, and the other with a double bed and a single bed. There is also an alcove with another single bed. The upper floor also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire house was completely renovated in 2016, ensuring that you have all the necessary comforts and amenities for a wonderful holiday. You can even enjoy listening to your favorite vinyl records on the stereo system provided. Furthermore, the house features a vertical barbecue/rotisserie, which is not only delicious but also healthier for your meals.

Please note that as a countryside property, I have a septic tank system, which requires some precautions to maintain the flora. Therefore, it is important not to use any chemicals (such as bleach) that are harmful to septic tanks and to avoid throwing any non-biodegradable items into the toilet. Cleaning products compatible with septic tanks will be provided for your convenience. For your children's safety, the staircase is secured both at the top and bottom, and the garden offers additional entertainment options such as a badminton set, table football, and a swing.

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a friendly and helpful young woman who will assist you with the check-in process and can provide cleaning services if you prefer not to do it yourself (charged at €15 per hour). Your security deposit will be fully refunded upon departure if everything is in order.
