Welcome to our charming guest house located in a beautifully restored 18th-century mill house. With a property spanning 15 hectares and a picturesque lake covering 5 hectares, guests are invited to enjoy the tranquil ambiance and indulge in carp fishing day and night.

The ground floor of the house features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, a comfortable bedroom with an attached bathroom and toilet. On the first floor, a spacious suite awaits, accommodating up to four people, complete with its own bathroom and toilet.

For your entertainment, we provide satellite TV and a DVD player, ensuring your leisurely moments are well taken care of. Each room boasts elegant beams and is adorned with antique furniture, adding a touch of timeless charm throughout.

Conveniently situated in a quaint village, all necessary amenities and shops are just a short 2-kilometer drive away, including a supermarket. Additionally, our location offers easy access to renowned destinations such as Tours, Blois, and Le Mans, all within a comfortable one-hour drive.

To get to the guest house from Paris, take the A11 motorway. Afterward, exit at La Ferté Bernard and continue towards Saint-Calais, then follow the direction towards La Chartre.
