There are three studio rooms available for your accommodation. The first room consists of a 24m² bedroom, equipped with a kitchen area and a salon featuring a comfortable sofa. Additionally, there is a separate shower room and a WC for your convenience. The second room features a cozy mezzanine spanning 10m², furnished with a 140 cm bed. To enhance your stay, there is a private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outdoor surroundings. Garden furniture is also provided for your comfort and enjoyment.Description for Gite
We offer two charming cottages with comfortable accommodations. The first cottage, measuring 55 m², features a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two bunk beds suitable for children, all equipped with new bedding. The bathroom is fitted with an Italian shower, and there is a separate toilet. The living room combines a cozy lounge and dining area, along with a well-equipped kitchen that includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and a selection of dishes.The second cottage, approximately 65 m² in size, boasts two bedrooms. One bedroom offers a 140 cm bed, while the other has two single 90 cm beds, both furnished with new bedding. The toilet cubicle features a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet. Similar to the first cottage, the living room combines a lounge and dining area, along with a well-equipped kitchen that includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and a selection of dishes.
Both cottages are equipped with free wifi and offer parking in the courtyard. Additionally, each cottage has its own private terrace complete with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors during the appropriate season.
For guests staying one week or more, access to the laundry room is available. Please note that due to the recent increase in energy costs, our rates will remain unchanged. However, excessive energy consumption may incur an additional charge, as we diligently monitor meters on a daily basis. Regrettably, pets are not permitted in our cottages.

L'ora des Marais
Agréable pause dans un écrin de verdure sur notre parcours de vacances. Nous avons découvert une magnifique propriété entretenue avec soin, des gîtes décorés avec goût pour une ambiance apaisante. Merci à Valérie et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur générosité.

Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la Vendée, propriétaires très accueillants, discrets. Cadre magnifique dans la campagne tout en étant proche des grandes surfaces et des restaurants. Gîte décoré avec amour, excellente literie, avec tout les ustensiles de cuisine (sauf le grille-pain) , très cosy et confortable. Séjour très apprécié. Merci à vous

Upon reaching NANTES, head onto the A83 motorway in the direction of Bordeaux. Take exit N ° 7 towards LUCON. Proceed through St Jean de Beugne and Ste Gemme La Plaine. At the crossroads, continue following the signs for Fontenay le comte. After 300m, take the small road on the right. At the stop sign, make a left turn and you will find us 500m ahead on the right side.
