This old house, dating back to the middle-ages, boasts traditional features such as beams, wooden floors, and a decorative fireplace, along with large windows that flood the space with natural light. Rest assured, all the modern comforts you desire are provided.

The spacious room includes a comfortable double bed and a convertible sofa, ideal for a small group or family. Additionally, the second floor offers a cozy bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, as well as another bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a small dining table. A second bathroom with a toilet is also available on the main floor. Enjoy excellent wifi connection and satellite TV during your stay, and take advantage of the provided washing machine.

Outside, you can indulge in a BBQ in the shared yard, complete with garden furniture. Kindly be considerate of the other tenants who also utilize the yard. We offer bicycles free of charge, perfect for leisurely rides along the Loire. Please note, these bicycles are not suitable for long distances.

Directions

You can easily locate the destination by heading north along the Loire River on "Quai Paul Bert" and stopping at Place Paul Bert.
If you are coming from the station, it will take you approximately 25 minutes to walk or 10 minutes by bus number 17. The bus stop you need to get off at is Paul Bert.
If you are arriving from the airport, it is 3 km away. However, I can offer you a ride instead.
