Situated approximately twenty kilometers south of Rennes and only a fifteen-minute drive from Saint Jacques de la Landes airport, our location boasts a picturesque hilly and wooded area. Within a short distance, you will find the Vilaine River and its scenic route adorned with beautiful mills, providing the perfect setting for leisurely walks or bike rides. Additionally, the renowned Lohéac racetrack and its stunning museum are easily accessible nearby.

Our accommodation presents a spacious guest room with a separate entrance for your convenience. The room is designed as a duplex, featuring a comfortable 160-sized bed on the ground floor, equipped with a television and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the bed is a separate bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a large room spanning 40 square meters, furnished with two beds (one sized 140 and the other 90). This room also offers a cozy seating area and various amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary provisions for tea and herbal tea. Furthermore, we have thoughtfully prepared games and books for children's entertainment. Access to informative documentation about the region is also provided.

We are a pet-friendly establishment and gladly welcome your furry companions. Additionally, we offer the use of two mountain bikes (one for men and one for women) for your enjoyment.

Directions

The Boulay is situated 20 km south of Rennes. To get there, take the Rennes-Redon axis via the D 177. Exit towards Bourg des Comptes-Janzé and turn right at the fourth road, located at the center of the horse riding facility. Continue straight for 2.5 km and you will reach your destination. Look out for signs at the last crossroads.

Alternatively, you can access The Boulay via the Rennes-Nantes axis N 137. Take the Crevin exit and turn left onto the D 101. At the first roundabout, take the first right onto the D 48 towards Guichen. Continue straight for approximately 8 km and then turn left towards the Guichen train station. At the train station, turn right towards Guignen on the D 48. After 700 m, take the first right and continue for 800 m until you arrive at The Boulay. Look out for signs at the last crossroads.
