The accommodation offers two connected bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed. A baby bed is also available. The bathroom features an Italian shower, two sinks, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace, a lounge area, and a dining area with a large table for 12 people. The barn is situated on 8 hectares of open wooded land and includes a barbecue and an outdoor warm shower. The barn itself has a total area of 150m².The location is conveniently located 3km from the A63 motorway, exit n°11, between Magescq and Herm. It is also 3km from the village of Magescq, 20 minutes from the ocean at Messanges Plage, 15 minutes from the center of Soustons, and 20 minutes from Soustons Plage and Vieux Boucau.
Bed linen, bath mats, 4 towels, and kitchen towels are provided. In terms of entertainment, there are various games available such as dice, cards, darts, and petanque for children. Golf equipment, forest hikes, croquet for children, volleyball, badminton, and access to a ping-pong table are also available. However, please note that there is no television, but WIFI is accessible just 100 meters away. The owner lives in close proximity to the barn and is available for any advice or assistance.
Additionally, the nearby ARRION guesthouse, just 100 meters away, can provide extra bed and breakfast accommodation if needed.
The rental is available on a weekly basis, with a minimum stay of one week. Check-in is on Saturdays at 4pm, and check-out is on Saturdays at 12 noon. The rental rates for 2022 are as follows: 900,-/week for mid-July to the end of August, and 700,-/week for the low season. For campers with their own tents, the rate is 10,-/day per person, with children under 10 years staying for free. A deposit of 500,- is required.
