On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a bath, sink, and toilet. Open stairs lead from the living area to two spacious and delightful bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and two single beds.

The Grenier (Sleeps 4): Accessible through an exterior oak staircase, the front door entrance leads to this self-contained first-floor apartment. The accommodation includes a generous living/dining room with a charming kitchen corner equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, and more. Adjacent to this room is a large bedroom with a double bed and, separated by a curtain, a set of bunk beds. The bedroom also features a shower room with a sink and toilet.

Directions

To reach "La Ferme des Vallots" from the crossroads located in the heart of Livarot, head towards Orbec. Ascend the hill that leads to the forest. After passing the cemetery, keep an eye out for a sign indicating "La Ferme des Vallots" on your left, approximately 200 meters ahead. Our location is at the end of this lane.
