Directions
To travel from Paris Lyon on RN6 or A6, take Outway n°22 Avallon. Drive through Avallon on RN6 towards Vézelay and Auxerre. Upon leaving Avallon, at a roundabout, exit RN6 and follow the signs for Vézelay and Pontaubert. In Pontaubert, at the end of the village, turn left (south) towards Menades and Island. As you approach the village of Island, you will see the castle on the left side of the road, just before reaching the village.
