Welcome to Le Mas des Arts, located in Peymeinade, just 45 minutes away from Nice airport. Situated 7 km from Grasse and 18 km from Cannes, our bed and breakfast offers comfortable rooms in a traditional Provençal mas, boasting breathtaking panoramic views of the Grasse hills and the picturesque village of Cabris.

At our peaceful and natural retreat, you will have access to convenient parking on the property. Our prime location allows you to easily explore the stunning Côte d'Azur and the charming perched villages that dot the landscape. Additionally, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and soak up the sunshine.

Nearby attractions include Lake St Cassien, where you can indulge in fishing or rent a pedal boat. Grasse, famous for its perfume industry, Cannes with its renowned film festival and excellent shopping opportunities, and the charming art galleries of St Paul de Vence are all within close proximity. You can also visit Mougins, Antibes with its popular Marineland, Tourrettes, Valbonne with its delightful market, Fayence, and Draguignan.

To start your day off right, we serve a delicious homemade breakfast on the terrace, allowing you to savor your meal while taking in the mesmerizing panoramic view.

Directions

To get to our house from Nice airport, it will take approximately 45 minutes. If you are coming from Grasse, it will take around 15 minutes. Take the D2562 road towards Draguignan, passing through the village of Peymeinade. After driving for about 1km, you will see a Fiat garage on your right. Take a left turn onto Avenue de Peygros after seeing the sign for "Le Mas des Arts." Continue driving for 2km and you will find our house at number 219 on the left-hand side.

If you are coming from the Avignon-Nice motorway, take exit 39 towards Fayence. Follow the road along Lake St. Cassien in the direction of Grasse. Continue driving through Val du Tignet and Peymeinade, and 200m after passing a sign, take a right turn onto Avenue de Peygros. Drive for approximately 2km and you will find our house at number 219.

If you are traveling from the Napoleon Road (Sisteron, Castellane, St Vallier), when leaving St Vallier de Thiey, take a right turn onto D4 towards Cabris. Continue driving and follow the signs for Spéracédes - Peymeinade. When you reach the roundabout of the Valley of Tignet, take a left turn and 200 meters after passing the Peymeinade sign, turn right onto Avenue de Peygros. Drive for 2km and you will arrive at our house, number 219.
