Welcome to our beautiful Landaise house in the heart of the Médoc region. Located between the ocean, large vineyards, and estuary, it is the perfect destination for your next holiday. The house can accommodate up to 8 travelers with its 4 bedrooms and 5 beds.

Situated in the town of Queyrac, just 10 minutes away from the stunning beaches of Montalivet and 5 minutes from Lesparre-Médoc with its shops, our house is surrounded by the famous vineyards of the Médoc. The village of Vendays is just a 3-minute drive away.

Set on a private wooded grounds of 2300 m2, our house offers a peaceful environment for your stay. You can enjoy outdoor barbecues in the covered area.

Recently renovated with great attention to detail in winter 2016, our house features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and comfortable bedrooms. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with French windows, a living room with access to the barbecue area, a bedroom, a separate toilet, and a shared bathroom. There is also a master bedroom with an ensuite shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine area with two beds and a separate shower room.

We kindly request that our guests are respectful of the house and its interiors, and if possible, non-smokers. The rental includes linen and towels, and the house is available for rent throughout the year, including the end of year holidays.

Please note that the rental is for a maximum of 8 people and no pets are allowed. A security deposit of 1000 euros is required and will be returned at the end of your stay, pending a damage inspection.
