This furnished apartment is located on the first floor of a villa and offers a southwest exposure, providing plenty of natural sunlight. The apartment features a private terrace and convenient private parking. Sheets and towels are provided for your comfort. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment consists of two rooms, each with a double bed. One of the rooms faces east, while the other faces southwest. A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and washing machine is located between the two rooms. There is also a separate toilet.

The functional kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, a 4-ring hob, and a dishwasher. The dining room-living room area faces south and offers a beautiful view extending through the pine forest to the sea. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV.

Outside, there is a terrace in the garden that faces southwest, providing stunning views of the Gulf through the pine forest. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine and all the necessary dishes and utensils for everyday life.
