We offer the option of staying in a comfortable bed and breakfast or a holiday home. Hospitality, tranquility, and spaciousness are defining features of this area. In addition to hiking and cycling through the stunning natural surroundings, there are numerous picturesque villages nestled on hillsides, providing breathtaking views. You can also enjoy water sports and boat rentals at various recreational lakes. Other activities include canoeing on rivers, exploring caves, visiting tree climbing parks, and exploring museums. Although the Tarn-et-Garonne may not be a well-known tourist destination, there are countless attractions to discover. Description for Gite

There are two gîtes and a large guestroom available on the property. Gite "La Maison" is a spacious house with a loft-like design, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This unique accommodation is situated in a converted section of an old barn. Inside, you will find a dining area with an open kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with a TV offering Dutch and some English channels. The bedrooms are equipped with a luxurious box spring bed measuring 180x200, which can also be separated into two separate beds if needed. An additional single bed can be provided upon request. Outside, there is a charming terrace where you can relax and appreciate the tranquility and natural beauty surrounding you.

On the other hand, "Le Chalet" is a cozy cottage that offers a stunning view of the valley from its private terrace. The gîte includes a kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a sleeping area with a comfortable double box spring bed, and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Connected to the terrace, there is a walkway leading to a tree house with a bunk bed designed specifically for children. For your peace of mind, a camera is installed in the tree house, allowing you to monitor your children on a screen within the gîte.

Lastly, "The Doré" is a romantic and spacious room featuring a double bed and two single beds for children. The room is accompanied by a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. In the morning, a delicious breakfast awaits you, consisting of pastries, baguettes, fruit salad, fresh fruit juice, and homemade specialties. If you prefer not to cook, there is also an option to dine with the friendly owners and potentially mingle with other guests.

Directions

By Car:
Lauzerte is situated between Cahors (A20) and Agen. It is approximately 900 km from Brussels and 1,100 km from Amsterdam. When in Paris, head towards Bordeaux, then follow the directions to Orleans and Vierzon. From there, take the exit towards the A20, which leads to Toulouse. Take exit number 58 (Cahors South) on the A20 and continue on the N20 towards Cahors. Just before reaching Cahors, turn onto the D653 towards Montcuq. Follow the D653 until you reach Lauzerte. At the junction with the D2, proceed towards Montaigu de Quercy. After approximately 7 km, take a left turn onto the D60 towards Toufailles. After 2 km, you will arrive at the intersection of Pont Fourcat. Bounetis Bas is located at the top (follow the signs). For GPS, enter the following details: City: Lauzerte, Street: Pont Fourcat, House Number: None.

By TGV:
Lauzerte is also accessible by TGV via Agen, which is located 40 km from Lauzerte.

By Plane:
The airports of Toulouse and Bergerac are both approximately a 1-hour drive from Bounetis Bas. It is recommended to book a car from your home as it is more cost-effective and convenient. The following flight connections are available:
- Toulouse: Brussels Airline and EasyJet offer connections to Zaventem, KLM offers connections to Amsterdam, and EasyJet and Hop! offer connections to Lille.
