This cottage is built with high environmental and ecological standards, using all wood materials both indoors and outdoors. It offers a comfortable stay for 2 to 4 people and includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a convertible sofa, a TV, and a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, dressing room, and a bathroom that meets PMR standards. The bathroom includes a washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet, and laundry facilities such as a washing machine and dryer. Additionally, the cottage is equipped with an iron and ironing board, dryer, broom, and vacuum cleaner.

Bed linen is provided, and there is an option to rent towels for 10 euros for a pack of 2 people. The cottage features a wooden terrace, lawn, and private parking, providing a fully independent experience. It is located in Lecelles, in the North of France, surrounded by countryside and close to local shops and producers. The cottage is also conveniently situated near the thermal baths of Saint Amand Les Eaux (7 minutes), between Valenciennes (20 minutes) and Lille (40 minutes), and near the Belgian border (500m). It is also within 20 minutes of Tournai and near Pasino de Saint Amand, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, and restaurants.

The location is ideal for walking or biking enthusiasts. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage, and pets are not allowed. The prices for the cottage are as follows: 350 euros per week, 600 euros for 2 weeks, 750 euros for 3 weeks, and 900 euros for a month. There is no tourist tax, but a mandatory cleaning charge of 30 euros applies.
