Welcome to "La Colline," where Tom and Johanna invite you to experience a delightful stay in the charming town of Sarlat-La-Canéda. Situated just 2km from the medieval center, our bed and breakfast offers five comfortable guest rooms, a gîte, and table d'hôtes.

Our five beautiful bedrooms are each equipped with their own bathroom, shower, and toilet. Enjoy the convenience of free WIFI and the choice between a queen-size bed or twin beds. Wake up to a generous breakfast served between 8 and 10 o'clock, which includes pastries, baguettes, jams, orange juice, yogurt, and cereals. Breakfast is included in the price of your stay.

All of our rooms are non-smoking, and air conditioning is available upon request. For those interested, we also offer table d'hôtes. Each room overlooks our lovely garden, providing the perfect spot for a picnic, reading a good book, or relaxing after exploring Sarlat or the many activities in Périgord Noir.

Sarlat-La-Canéda, known worldwide for its restored medieval city, is located in the heart of Périgord Noir. This region is renowned for its rich history, heritage, and natural beauty. Description for Gite

Welcome to La Colline, a ground floor apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. This charming space is perfect for families with children who are looking to have a delightful holiday near Sarlat.

Situated just 2 km away from the historic center of Sarlat, La Colline offers the convenience of proximity without the hassle of parking. You can easily explore the beautiful historic city on foot, taking in its sights and avoiding any parking problems.

The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a TV, as well as a second bedroom with bunk beds. You'll also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, along with a kitchen and dining area. Step outside onto the partially covered terrace, which faces the southwest, and enjoy the comfortable terrace furniture that allows you to fully relax and enjoy this pleasant corner.

We provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including sheets, towels, water, electricity, and heating. Free WIFI is also available, and upon request, we can provide an air conditioner for an additional fee of 5 € per day. At the end of your stay, there is an obligatory cleaning fee of 50 euros.

Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Join us for breakfast and indulge in croissants, pastries, and baguettes, which can be provided at the cottage. For those who prefer a heartier meal, we offer a generous breakfast option for 7 € per person. In the evening, upon request, we can also provide a table d'hôtes (evening dinner).
