Renovated Coquet T1 apartment located in the heart of Toulouse's Minimes district, formerly known as the gardeners' district. This apartment features a terrace for your use, complete with a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave for your meal preparations. The living area includes a 160x200 divan bed for one person, a flat screen TV, and WIFI access. Basic breakfast ingredients such as coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, butter, and jam are provided. Bed linen and towels are also included.Transportation options include the nearby Claude Nougaro metro station (400m) on line B, a bus stop just 30m away, or a 20-minute walk to the Capitol. If arriving at Blagnac airport, a shuttle service is available to bring you to the city center, either to Matabiau station (1km from the apartment) or Metro Compans Cafarelli, which is only 2 metro stations away from the apartment.
All necessary shops can be found along Avenue des Minimes. The nightly rate for 2 guests is 68 euros, or 420 euros per week (7 nights). There is an additional charge of 15 euros per day for a third person.

Cozy T1 apartment located in the charming Minimes neighborhood of Toulouse, situated on a quiet street with detached houses. The city center is very close and the Juniors district offers a variety of stores. The apartment is just 350m away from the "Minime Claude Nougaro" subway station.The recently renovated apartment features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary dishes for meal preparation. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160x200 bed, as well as a single sofa bed in the living area. Amenities include a flat screen TV, WIFI, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. We will reserve a parking space for you in front of the house.
You can also enjoy the garden and terrace equipped with a barbecue, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. We provide guides to explore Toulouse and a selection of restaurants offering various cuisines, including gastronomic, regional, vegetarian, and seafood options.
Transportation options include the nearby "Juniors Claude Nougaro" subway station on line B, a bus stop just 30m away, and the Capitol is within a 20-minute walk. "Velib" bike rental stations are also nearby. If you arrive at Blagnac airport, there is a shuttle that can take you to the city center at Matabiau Station (1km from the apartment) or the Compans Cafarelli subway station, which is just 2 stops away.
There are plenty of shops and amenities available on the avenue of the Juniors. The daily rate is 63€, and the weekly rate for two people is 380€ (7 nights). There is an additional fee of 15€ per day for a third person.

Central yet tranquil
We wanted to explore the Canal du Midi, the Canal Lateral and the city of Toulouse, and this house is perfect for that. So central to everything, yet in the garden it's like being in the country. We spent six wonderful days with Joelle and Hubert.

Petit appartement très calme qui offre tout le confort qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour à Toulouse. Parfait comme lieu étape pour faire un tour de vélo au Canal du Midi.

Séjour sur Toulouse de 2 jours, appartement très agréable avec toutes les commodités, dans une belle propriété ou nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour des petits apéros...après de belles visites de la ville "rose". Propriétaires très charmants et de bons conseils.

Accueil très chaleureux.En outre on sent la recherche du détail pour le bien-être des hôtes. Rien ne manque.Quartier calme et bien situé tout proche du métro.Nous reviendrons et recommandons ce "nid douiilet"très agréable.

Magnifique ! un petit appartement ou rien ne manque et la propreté est au rendez-vous. On se sent immédiatement comme chez soi et la possibilité de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse et du joli jardin, ne fait que confirmer ce sentiment. Nous sommes accueilli avec bienveillance et chaleur, les propriétaires sont disponibles pour vous rendre un agréable séjour. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
