Located on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne, just 15 km from Agen, the hamlet of Gil offers a picturesque escape. Nestled amidst 8 hectares of green meadows and rolling landscapes, this charming bed and breakfast is housed in a historic building dating back to the sixteenth century.

The MYOSOTIS room, situated on the ground floor, spans 25 m² and features a comfortable 140 cm bed and an additional 90 cm bed. Complete with a wardrobe, a shower with toilet, a kitchenette, and a private terrace, this room provides a cozy and convenient stay. On the first floor, the Red rooms offer a 140 cm bed and two single beds measuring 90 cm each. These rooms also come with a wardrobe and a shower with WC.

In addition to the comfortable accommodations, the property boasts an outdoor swimming pool spanning 50 m². Guests can also enjoy the delightful company of our Angora goats, known for producing the renowned mohair, as well as our friendly donkeys. Upon request, we can arrange for a baby-sitter to ensure a worry-free stay.

For those looking to explore the surrounding area, there are plenty of exciting activities and attractions to discover. Take a leisurely stroll through the medieval village of Clermont Dessous, located just 2.5 km away and renowned for its eleventh-century church. Nestled on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne River, just 15 km from Agen, your charming cottage awaits. Located in the picturesque hamlet of Gil, it overlooks the stunning Valley of the Mass. Set on an expansive 8-hectare property, the cottage is surrounded by lush green meadows and rolling landscapes. Dating back to the 16th century, the cottage is a separate building from the owners' house, ensuring privacy without sacrificing convenience.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Upstairs, you will find three cozy bedrooms. The first room features two 90 cm beds and convenient storage space. The second room also offers two 90 cm beds and practical amenities. The third room boasts a comfortable 140 cm bed and a spacious wardrobe. Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet on this level.

On the ground floor, the cottage features a charming living room and dining area. The 25.5 m² space is furnished with a rustic sofa-bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a farmhouse table with four chairs, and a bench. From here, you can access the terrace, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen, spanning 18 m², is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and other essential appliances. There is also a separate toilet with a sink on this level.

Directions

To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Starting from Agen, take the N113 road heading towards Bordeaux. After passing Lapoulaille, make a right turn and continue for 100 meters until you reach a left turn towards St. Medard. At the end of this road, take a left turn towards Clermont Dessous. After traveling for another 100 meters, make a right turn onto the road called "The Gil". Keep going until you reach the last house on the way.
