Located near the picturesque town of Lot and Garonne and the enchanting Bonaguil Castle, Florence and Eric are delighted to welcome you to their stunning property made of white stone. They have created a beautiful 25 m2 studio for two people, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The studio features a 160x200 bed, a kitchenette complete with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining area, lounge area, TV, internet, CD radio, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

During your stay, you can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the 6m x 11m pool. Additionally, you will have access to a summer kitchen with a dining area and barbecue. The property offers various recreational activities such as football and bocce. Set on a 2.3-hectare park, you can also marvel at the pygmy goats and orchard, which provides fresh fruits. Parking, including a carport for motorcycles, and a garden are available. Cats reside on the premises, and pets are welcome under certain conditions, which can be discussed during the booking process.

Linen, towels, pool towels, and bed linen are provided and included in the rental price. A cot with a high chair, as well as a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron, are also at your disposal. If you have any additional needs, please don't hesitate to ask as we are here to assist you.

Upon request, we can provide meals and breakfast.

Weekend rates are as follows:
- 1 night: 60 euros
- 2 nights: 110 euros
- 3 nights: 160 euros
- Other rates: 360 euros

Please note that during the very high season, the rate is 340 euros, during the high season it is 280 euros, during the season it is 250 euros, and during the low season, it is 300 euros. A cautionary deposit of 200 euros is required, and there is also a 30 euro fee for pets. Heating is available at an additional cost between November 1 and March 1.

On-site, you can enjoy the swimming pool, table football, and boules. In the nearby town of Fumel, you will find a communal pool, shops, restaurants, a toy library, library, horse riding, rowing, canoeing, and more. Within a 30 km radius, there are various attractions including castles, golf courses, rope sports, playgrounds, vineyards, markets, and museums.
