- FROHAN Room:
This room is located on the east side, offering a beautiful view of the lake. It is situated on a single level and features a comfortable double bed for two people, as well as an additional single bed. Additionally, the room includes a private lounge area with a sofa, table, and chairs.

- JULLOU Room:
Facing south, the JULLOU room provides a charming view of a private courtyard. It is conveniently situated on the ground floor with its own entrance. Inside, guests will find a cozy double bed for two people and a private lounge area. The room also has access to a lovely garden.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast served either in our dining room or on the terrace, which overlooks the picturesque lake.

Directions

To reach Roézé sur Sarthe, The Hague (located 15km southwest of Le Mans), follow these directions:

If coming from Paris, Rennes, Nantes, or Tours via the highway, take the exit for south Mans, Arnage, and the circuit 24. Continue straight through the toll booth and two mini roundabouts.

At the next roundabout, take the right turn towards Suze. Then, at the following roundabout, take another right towards Suze.

Keep an eye out for a restaurant on your left after a 100m stretch of road. Take the first left onto Saint Roézé by Fraimbault (look for the green sign) and maintain a speed limit of 50 km/h.

After 1.3km, take the first left towards Fillé. Then, take the first right when you see a sign for "the PressesThe Hague."

Continue for 400m, passing houses on your left. Keep going for another 500m.

Once you pass the first gate, the main entrance will be located 70m further on the left.
