The Serene is a charming stone guest house located in the picturesque South-West of France, near the borders of the Tarn, Tarn et Garonne, and Lot regions. It is the perfect refuge for those seeking a peaceful and environmentally-friendly getaway.
Situated just 6km from Najac, The Serene is also conveniently close to other renowned attractions such as Villefranche de Rouergue, Cordes, Bruniquel, and St Antonin Noble Val. Additionally, the cities of Albi, Rodez, Cahors, and Figeac are within an hour's drive and are well worth a visit.
Surrounding our beautiful house, we have created various cozy spaces for our guests to relax and unwind, including a terrace, garden, petanque area, and a family pool.
We also offer a delightful host table experience for those who make a reservation. This is a special opportunity for meaningful exchanges and conviviality as we always dine alongside our guests.
Furthermore, we happily accommodate vegetarian dietary preferences.

Directions

To reach La Serene, you have the option to travel by air or by road.

If you choose to travel by air, there are regular flights available to Toulouse International Airport and Rodez. Toulouse International Airport is approximately a 1.5-hour drive away, while Rodez is approximately a 1-hour drive away from La Serene.

On the other hand, if you prefer to travel by road, you can follow these directions:
- Start from Paris and take the A10 road towards Orleans.
- From Orleans, continue on the A71 road towards Vierzon.
- Once in Vierzon, switch to the A20 road which will lead you towards Limoges and Toulouse.
- When you reach Cahors, exit the A20 and take the D911 road towards Villefranche de Rouergue.
- La Fouillade, where La Serene is located, is approximately 20 kilometers west of Villefranche de Rouergue.
