Located in the eastern end of the Valley of the Kings, our charming guest house offers a tranquil retreat just a short distance from Orleans and Sancerre. Situated on the banks of the Loire River, we are conveniently located only 150 km south of Paris, making us easily accessible for travelers. Our accommodations include two rooms, two suites, and two gites, all nestled among beautiful secular trees within a lovely park that stretches down to the river. Originally built in the 18th century, our manor house was completely renovated in 2001, combining historic charm with modern comforts. With independent car parks and entrances, our guests enjoy complete freedom during their stay. In addition to our inviting accommodations, guests are welcome to explore our expansive seven-acre park, complete with deckchairs, tables, outdoor games, and tennis and table-tennis facilities. For nature enthusiasts, a private path leads directly to the Loire River, providing a perfect starting point for walks or bike rides. We offer a range of amenities, including babysitting services, bicycle rentals, and animal-friendly accommodations (with certain restrictions). Please note that our guest house is strictly non-smoking. The price per night for a room starts at 64 Euros for two people, including breakfast. Located on the ground floor of a charming, traditional Loire Valley house, this cozy 40m2 apartment offers a private entrance and picturesque views of the park through its three windows facing east and south. Ideal for a maximum of two guests, the apartment features:

- 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x190cm)
- A living room adorned with antique Louis-Philippe furnishings and equipped with a television. An additional single bed (90x190cm) is available for separate sleeping arrangements.
- A small yet private ensuite shower room and toilet.
- A kitchen corner with a fridge, gas cooker, microwave, and all necessary dishes and utensils.
- Complimentary WiFi access.
- A private garden complete with a barbecue, table, chairs, and deck chairs.
- Direct access to the Loire River via a private lane.
