This splendid detached property is a well-situated cottage with a floor area of 126 m². It offers a self-catering option and can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms available, making it convenient for guests. The cottage is located near the sea, with a beach just a short distance away. Pets are also considered.The interior of the cottage features a spacious open plan split-level living room, which includes a fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge. A wood burning stove and TV are provided for the comfort of guests. The bedrooms consist of 1 room with adult bunk beds, 1 double room, and another double room on a mezzanine. For families with young children, a child bed with sides (suitable for up to 3 years) is available. Stair gates, a high chair, and a playpen are also provided for added convenience. The cottage is equipped with a bath/shower room and a separate toilet. A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also available.
