The Sévigné House is a charming manor from the 19th century located in Bagnères-de-Luchon, a small town nestled in the beautiful Pyrenean Mountains. Originally known as 'Buen Retiro' and constructed between 1852 and 1855, this historic manor was once home to the renowned Charles II, King of Etrurie and Sovereign of Parma, Italy. Recently restored, the grand manor now offers five prestigious rooms that artfully blend antique furnishings with modern comforts. Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the manor, available upon reservation. Each room is equipped with either a bath or a shower with jets, as well as a TV and high-speed mobile internet (WiFi). The manor also features a cozy lounge with a library and fireplace, which opens onto a terrace and a picturesque park. The friendly staff is fluent in English and German. Please note that no animals are allowed on the premises.

Directions

To reach our manor, follow these revised travel directions: Take Exit 17 on Highway A64 and head towards "Luchon Montréjeau" (45km). Upon arrival in Luchon, continue towards "Superbagnères." Our manor is located at the end of the thermal baths park, situated between the Superbagnières road and the road leading to St Mamet.
