The Great Doudou is a charming family guesthouse that can accommodate 2-6 people without the need for separate rooms. There is an additional adjoining room with a private bathroom that can accommodate two more people. The room is strictly non-smoking.The guesthouse features a spacious living room with a cozy reading area by the fireplace, as well as two single beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate and independent.
In the attic loft, there is a charming and intimate sleeping area with two single beds separated by curtains in soothing shades. The decor of the guesthouse is a combination of antique and contemporary furniture made from high-quality materials.
Tea and coffee facilities are available, along with a refrigerator. Guests can also enjoy access to WIFI. The entrance to the guestroom is separate from the main house, and a private garden with tables, chairs, and sunbeds is provided for relaxation. You will only be disturbed by the delightful sounds of birds, rustling leaves, and the melody of locusts during your stay.
During the autumn season, the picturesque landscapes with their reddish ocher colors offer a delight for poets. Guests can also enjoy mushroom picking, collecting nuts and chestnuts, and walking on countless fallen leaves.
In winter, when the snow covers the ground, guests can engage in cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on two magnificent estates located just 8 km from the guesthouse. There are also toboggan runs, a mini ski slope with a ski lift for young children, and two snow buoy tracks for older ones.
As spring arrives, nature awakens, and it's the perfect time for biking on marked trails (green, blue, red, black), hiking, playing a round of 18-hole golf (10 minutes away), trying out a via ferrata (15 minutes away), enjoying tree climbing activities (5 minutes away), or exploring local crafts.
The whole family, including our beloved pets, Pompon, Lolita, Snowflake, Dora, and Idée Fixe, are excited to welcome you to our peaceful haven in the heart of the Pilat Regional Park. You can also join us for an evening meal and savor the delicious products straight from nature.

Directions
When leaving Bourg Argental, drive for 2.5 km. After a turn with a speed limit of 50 km/h, take the road on the left that goes below Argental. Continue driving for two kilometers and you will pass by the Faurie farm. After another 800m, take the left path called The Boisdelles. Continue climbing until you reach your destination.
After passing the Republic, you will arrive at the inn of large wood. Instead of continuing on the main road, take the Holy Savior road in front of you that leads into the woods. Follow this road for 6 km. Once you reach the "Pras" area, take a hairpin turn on the left. Drive for 2.7 km and then take the right path called The Boisdelles. Continue climbing until you reach your destination.
