Hastings House, originally built in 1855 by Elizabeth Shakespeare as a guest house, has remained a charming accommodation option in Hastings St Leonards throughout the years. Our establishment boasts breathtaking views of Warrior Square gardens, the beach, the sea, and Hastings Pier. Each of our rooms is thoughtfully decorated with individual touches, providing a cozy atmosphere with crisp linen sheets, luxurious duvets, and a color TV. Recently renovated rooms also feature a flat-screen TV with free view channels. Additionally, we offer tea and coffee facilities for your convenience. Our guest house is open year-round, and our hotel residents can enjoy our licensee bar/lounge. We maintain a strict no smoking policy throughout the premises. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi connection available in both the lounge and bedrooms. Parking around Warrior Square is free for up to two hours between 10.00hrs and 16.00hrs, while overnight parking is also free from 16.00hrs to 10.00hrs. For cyclists, we offer secure storage within the hotel premises. With prior arrangement, we gladly welcome pets for a small surcharge of £5.00 per night. By Coach: If you are traveling by coach, you can easily reach Warrior Square by taking routes 23 or 24, which conveniently stop on the seafront side. National Express provides coach services to this location.

By Road: For those traveling by car, here are the recommended routes:
- From London, take the A21 towards Hastings and follow the signs for St Leonards Sea Front.
- From the West (Brighton), take the A27 and then the A259, which is the main coastal route.

- From Canterbury and Tenterden, take the A27 towards Hastings (A21) and follow the directions as mentioned above.
