In the past, Toulouse was even considered France's cultural capital, surpassing Paris during the High Middle Ages. The architectural marvels and towns from the 12th century cultural boom serve as a testament to its rich past.
Today, Toulouse and its surrounding region continue to impress with their agricultural and technological innovations. There is so much more to France than just the Eiffel Tower, red wine, and St. Tropez, and you can discover it all in the Southwest.
Our B&B, "La Maison Lutz," is perfectly situated in the heart of this region, right in the middle of the Toulouse-Montauban-Albi triangle, which are three of the most significant cities in the area. To the north, you can explore the picturesque villages, vineyards, and scenic foothills of the Tarn River. In July, you can witness the breathtaking sunflower fields. Just a short distance away, you'll find two renowned vineyards - "Fronton" and "Gaillac." To the south, the Tarn River offers opportunities for walking along the shore, fishing, swimming, and even canoeing.

The Lutz house is located at 14 rue de la Croix Blanche, 31340 Bondigoux. It is 27 km from Toulouse, at the intersection of D22 and D61, in front of the grocery store-restaurant Otoulousain. The GPS coordinates are Latitude: 43.8359273 and Longitude: 1.542163.
If you are traveling by car from Toulouse or Montauban on the A62, take exit 11 and follow the signs for Cepet / Villemur-sur-Tarn. Once you reach Villemur, cross the suspension bridge and continue following the Tarn river for 4 km.
If you are coming from Toulouse or Albi on the A68, take exit 4 and then follow the D22 towards Bessieres. Join the road towards Villemur-sur-Tarn and cross the bridge over the Tarn river. Follow the signs for Bondigoux / Layrac (D22a).
If you are arriving by train, you can get off at Montauban Villebourbon (82), Toulouse (31), Saint-Sulpice (81), or Montastruc la Advisor (31) stations. There is a possibility of a shuttle service for an additional fee.
