We offer a total of five rooms, with four of them having en-suite bathrooms and one having a private shower room just across the hall. Our guest rooms have been recently renovated to meet high standards, providing top quality bedding and furniture. Each room is equipped with a TV DVD combo television, a hospitality tray, and a hair dryer. Additionally, an iron and ironing board are available for use.All of our bath and shower rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. For your dining needs, we offer a variety of delicious home cooked evening meals upon request, including local specialties such as Cumberland sausage followed by Cartmels famous sticky toffee pudding.
Our lounge bar provides a comfortable seating area, complete with a cozy log burning fire. We offer a selection of beer, wines, and spirits for your enjoyment. If weather permits, guests are welcome to use our patio area, which leads from the lounge and dining rooms.
Safety is a top priority for us, as our fire alarm system complies with Cumbria fire service regulations. Lastly, please note that we strictly enforce a no smoking policy throughout our establishment.

Directions
To reach us, you need to first head towards the M6, which is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Once you reach the M6, take the exit at junction 36 and join the a591 road, following the signs pointing towards south lakes. Shortly after, take the first exit onto the A590 road, which is signposted for Barrow in Furness. Continue on this route and keep following the signs that lead to Holker Hall.
During your journey, you will pass through several areas including Grange over Sands, Alithwaite, and Flookburgh. As you reach Flookburgh, make a right turn at the square. Continue on this road, passing the railway station and crossing over the bridge. As you descend into Cark, keep an eye out for a white building situated on the left side, which is where we are located.
