Welcome to Les Messauts, where we offer the rental of five comfortable gites that can accommodate 2 to 8 persons. Each gite features bedrooms on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen corner, electrical heating, and extra sofa-beds in the living room. You will also have your own bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Our gites are located in a beautifully restored farmhouse, surrounded by a large garden and a refreshing swimming pool. We warmly welcome groups, and our friendly staff is fluent in English, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Situated directly at the bank of the scenic "canal lateral," which stretches from the Mediterranean Sea (canal du midi) to near Bordeaux (canal latéral), Les Messauts is nestled in an area renowned for its vineyards, chateaux, medieval towns, historic monuments, museums, and stunning gardens. Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of this region, with its vibrant music and dance festivals, bustling markets, and charming brocantes.

Le domaine est grand et peut accueillir beaucoup de personnes. Idéal pour fête familiale, anniversaires, etc...

Directions

To access "Les Messauts," follow these travel directions:
- Take the exit number 4 towards La Réole from the A62 (Bordeaux - Toulouse) highway.
- Follow the D9 road towards La Réole for approximately 3.5 km.
- Take a left onto the D224 road towards Loupiac de la Réole / Blaignac after the 3.5 km mark.
- After passing Loupiac, turn right onto the D224 road.
- In Blaignac, take a right turn just before reaching the church.
- Look for the signs that say "Les Messauts - gites."
- Once you reach the canal, you will see Domaine Les Messauts on the other side. Turn left, then take a right over the bridge, and immediately after the bridge, turn right again.
