The Old Bakery is located on the outskirts of the charming Breton village of Langourla, surrounded by 1 acre of beautiful grounds. Only a 15-minute drive away is the medieval town of Jugon les Lacs. The main house offers 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all with private facilities. Additionally, there is a fully equipped 2-bedroom Gite/Cottage available for longer stays. Upon arrival, we welcome you with a complimentary drink to help you settle in. If you prefer to dine in, we offer a variety of menus for relaxed evening meals. Just give us 24 hours' notice, and we will procure the finest local ingredients for your table. For a truly indulgent experience, you can book our gourmet breaks, which require a minimum of 4 guests. We also offer the option to purchase wine, beer, and cider. If you plan on going on day trips, we can provide a packed lunch with 24 hours' notice. Langourla is a peaceful village with its own lake, surrounded by rolling countryside and nearby woodlands. The village has essential shops, 2 bars, and a stunning church, making it the perfect holiday destination. Langourla is conveniently located just 1 hour by car from St Malo, 40 minutes from Rennes Airport, and 35 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches and harbors of baie de St Brieuc. It is an ideal base for exploring Cotes dArmor, Ille et Vilaine, and Morbihan. The coastline from Val-Andre to Cap Fréhel is easily accessible, offering a mix of expansive sandy beaches and rugged cliffs within a short distance. The area is also abundant in lakes, perfect for fishing, boating, and bird watching. There are walking trails suitable for all levels, from leisurely strolls to more challenging hikes for the avid enthusiast. The area is also popular among cyclists. Langourla hosts a lively Jazz Festival near the lake every summer, and the nearby medieval town of Montcontour holds a bi-annual medieval fete.

Description for Gite

The Cottage is a self-catering accommodation located next to the main house, offering everything you need for a comfortable and independent stay. With two bedrooms, one twin and one double, it can accommodate up to four people. There is a toilet upstairs and another toilet and shower downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, and washing machine. The sitting area is furnished for relaxation, complete with a TV and Satellite. Private parking and a BBQ area are also available for outdoor dining, ensuring your stay is both private and enjoyable. We provide all bed linen and towels for your convenience. Directions

Directions to La Vieille Boulangerie from the port at St Malo:
1. From the port, follow the signs for Toutes Directions, heading towards Rennes.
2. Join the N176 heading west towards St Brieuc and Dinan.
3. Continue on this road until you pass Dinan.
4. Turn off for Caulnes and Broons onto the D766.
5. After traveling approximately 1-2 kilometers, the D766 becomes the D793.
6. At the roundabout, take the road to Broons (D793).

Directions to La Vieille Boulangerie from Dinard Airport:
1. Take the D766, which merges onto the N176.
2. Join the N176 heading west towards St Brieuc and Dinan.
3. Stay on this road until you pass Dinan.
4. Turn off for Caulnes and Broons onto the D766.
5. After traveling approximately 1-2 kilometers, the D766 becomes the D793.
6. At the roundabout, take the road to Broons (D793).

Once you arrive in Broons:
1. Go straight through the center of Broons.
2. After passing the church in the center, bear left towards Ereac (D793).
3. In Ereac, take the second exit at the roundabout as you enter the village.
4. Head on the D46 towards Langourla (La Poste should be on your right and the Pharmacie on your left).
5. After approximately 4 kilometers, you will see a small concrete signpost on the left side of the road pointing right to Rouillac. Ignore this.
6. Soon after, you will see another signpost on the right side of the road pointing left to Langourla. Take this road and follow it to the crossroads in the village.
7. At the crossroads, go straight over, passing the closed pink Boulangerie on the left.
8. La Vieille Boulangerie is located about 300 meters further on the right.

If you miss the small concrete signpost:
1. Keep going until you reach a right-hand bend.
2. Turn left at the bend.
3. After a short distance, you will see the big church on your left.
4. Turn right by the shop and bar/tabac.
5. La Vieille Boulangerie is located about 300 meters further on the right.
