We offer four double rooms, each featuring a terrace with stunning views of either the mountains or the sea. All rooms are equipped with a satellite TV for your entertainment. In the shower rooms, we provide a hair dryer and towels for your convenience. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable linens. Each room has its own private entrance for your independence. For longer stays of more than seven nights, a cleaning service will be provided in the middle of your stay. Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights, which increases to five nights during the summer season. Additionally, we offer a discount for bookings of seven nights or more.

Directions

To reach Les Mimosas, there are two convenient options. If you're coming from Nice Airport, you can take a shuttle which covers a distance of 40km. Alternatively, if you're driving via the A8 motorway, you need to take exit 59 toward Menton. After passing the "Fin of motorway" sign, make a right turn (360°) and follow the signs for Annonciade. Eventually, you'll come across our sign directing you towards "Chambes dhotes" which is just 2.3km away.
