The Laratger Castle, located in Narrosse, is a stunning 18th-century mansion that has been fully restored. Situated in the heart of the Landes region, it is only a 2-minute drive from the city center of Dax. Surrounded by a large green park, the castle offers a peaceful and exotic atmosphere with its various plantings including orange, mandarin, feijoa, jujube, palm, and eucalyptus trees.

Getting to the castle is easy, as it is conveniently connected to the fast lane that leads to all destinations, including the A 63 highway. Simply take the Narrosse exit and you will find us at the end of the street, only 800 meters away.

We have 4 beautiful rooms ranging from 24 to 32 square meters, each with private bathrooms and toilets, accommodating 2 to 3-4 people. Additionally, we offer a spacious suite of 55 square meters with 2 bedrooms, a private lounge, and private bathroom facilities, accommodating 3 to 6 people. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

To enhance your stay, we provide complimentary access to our pool, which features bubble benches and spacious sunbathing areas. We also have a large spa (Jacuzzi) covered by a glass pyramid, allowing for year-round use regardless of the weather. In our secure parking area within the park, you can safely park your vehicle.

Breakfast is served on the terrace and includes a variety of options such as tea, coffee, chocolate, toast, honey, homemade jam, fried eggs from our chickens, seasonal fruits, and fruit juice. We believe that a good breakfast sets the tone for a great day ahead.

The Landes region is beautiful in every season, and our comfortable Laratger home is conveniently located near all the attractions. Within a 5-minute drive, you can explore the vast Landes forest, with its picturesque green landscapes, clear rivers, and extensive paths, perfect for hiking and cycling. In just 25 minutes, you can reach the stunning Landes coast, offering the longest sandy beach in Europe, ideal for sunbathing and surfing.

Venturing further, in 35 minutes, you can discover the enchanting Courant d'Huchet, often referred to as the "Amazon" of the Landes. This mesmerizing river winds through trees for 20 kilometers, creating a breathtaking archway of rare beauty. With 600 hectares of marshes, this area is home to a diverse flora and over 200 species of protected animals, including birds, otters, mink, herons, egrets, and turtles. A boat or on-foot excursion through this area is an unforgettable experience.

Within 40 minutes, you can visit Arjuzanx, a magnificent nature reserve spanning 2,800 hectares, consisting of lakes and swamps nestled in the heart of the Landes forest.
