This Bed & Breakfast is located in the owner's charming 19th-century house. Previously a café/hotel/restaurant, it now offers two cozy rooms on the first floor. There is a delightful double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a twin bedded room. Guests can unwind in the spacious conservatory, where they can relax, read, play board games, and enjoy their meals. The B&B provides all the necessary crockery, cutlery, a fridge, and a microwave for guests' convenience. The property also features an enclosed parking area, a lovely garden, and a patio. Please note that this is a non-smoking establishment and does not allow pets.

Reffannes is located on the D938, which runs between Parthenay to the north (12 kms) and St Maixent l'Ecole to the south (16 kms). To the east, you will find Poitiers, which is situated 40 kms away, and to the south lies Niort, also 40 kms away. The house can be found next to the Post Office on "Rue de la Poste," at the intersection of the D131 and the D938.
