Ghislaine and Eric warmly welcome you to their charming B&B, a historical presbytery from 1764. As you arrive, you'll be captivated by the stone building and its picturesque dovecote, as well as the beautiful cedar tree-lined pathway. Eric has recently renovated this characterful presbytery, using traditional materials to preserve the authentic charm of Gascony.Your spacious and bright room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure peaceful nights. The blend of old and modern elements creates a perfect balance. The cozy cocoon boasts a large 160/200 cm bed. The SUITE bedroom offers a 160/200 cm bed for two people, two 90/200 cm beds for the third and fourth guests, and a sofa bed for a potential fifth or sixth person, all within the same SUITE bedroom. Each room has its own private bathroom with a basin, shower, and toilet. We can provide a folding cot and high chair upon request.
We change our sheets and towels at least twice a week. Start your day on our sunny terrace, where you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast made with locally sourced products that we carefully select. Our guest house is situated in a delightful setting, surrounded by a four-hectare wooded park that offers magnificent views of the rolling Gers hills. You can relax and bask in the sun by our lovely swimming pool, which is well-lit and provides a serene atmosphere after a refreshing swim.
At "Arpentian," your only neighbors are the deer and squirrels that play in the fields of sunflowers, wheat, and rapeseed. We have preserved the authenticity of this place, including the ancient boxwood trees and a majestic cedar tree that is over 250 years old, providing shade for moments of relaxation. If you're looking to unwind, we have a TV library lounge area where you can relax. We also have brochures available with a variety of entertaining activities in the region, such as horse riding, fishing, golfing, hiking, canoeing, water parks, lakes, boat trips, wineries, castles, markets, and restaurants.
