In the charming old town of Plouharnel, just steps away from the renowned chapel "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" and the picturesque coastal path, Laurent Vidal - a skilled sea photographer - warmly invites you to his two delightful guest rooms, where you can experience a memorable stay amidst the beauty of the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Located on Rue de la Baie, a tranquil dead-end street that leads to the enchanting sea of the Quiberon Bay, as well as the scenic coastal path (GR34) and the fascinating oyster farming sites of Kercroc, this idyllic retreat offers a serene escape.

On the ground floor, you will find the welcoming reception area and the inviting breakfast area, which opens up to a spacious south-facing terrace where you can soak up the sun.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:

- The expansive and peaceful "West" room, with its charming attic design, faces west and offers a small view of the ocean and the bay of Quiberon. It features a luxurious "King size" bed (180x200) and a private bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, this room can accommodate an additional bed (90x200), if needed. The rates for the West room, including breakfast for two people, range from 90 to 100 Euros per night, with an additional bed available for 30 Euros including breakfast.

- The attic East room is comprised of two interconnected bedrooms, both featuring comfortable bedding: a "King size" bed (180x200) and a separate bed (90x200). These rooms also have their own private bathroom facilities. The rates for the East room, including breakfast for two people, range from 80 to 90 Euros per night, with an additional bed available for 30 Euros including breakfast.

During the months of July and August, a minimum reservation of 4 nights is required, while the rest of the year, a minimum reservation of 2 nights is requested.

Check-in is available from 5 p.m., and check-out is required by 11 a.m.

We provide closed private parking, a lovely garden, and two bicycles for your convenience. Additionally, both rooms offer internet connection, WiFi, and refrigerators.

Conveniently, all essential shops, including a supermarket, are within walking distance.

Experience the charm of Plouharnel's old town with a stay at Villa Laurent Vidal. Located near the beautiful "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and just a short walk from the coastal path (GR34), this villa offers a perfect blend of seaside tranquility and convenience.

Situated on a quiet dead-end street that leads to the bay, Rue de la Baie offers easy access to the sea and the Kercroc oyster farming yards. Within walking distance, you'll find all the amenities you need, including a supermarket, pharmacy, press, restaurants, and a bistro.

With a 4-star rating in the Furnished Tourism classification, Villa Laurent Vidal is a separate second house on the same property as the guest rooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, laundry room, toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with king-size beds (180cm). Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, while the third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom (180cm bed, 2x90cm beds).

The villa offers a private swimming pool that is heated to a comfortable 28°C from March to October. The pool has a depth of 2.10m across its entire surface and is covered by a retractable shelter. You can even swim with the shelter closed during mid-season, as it is secured with a key and compliant with standard NF P 90-309. The terrace is equipped with sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue, creating the perfect outdoor space to relax and enjoy.

The enclosed garden ensures your privacy, and there is parking available for up to three vehicles. Electric recharge is also possible from a normal outlet.

Please note that the accommodation is not currently equipped for individuals with reduced mobility.

The price of your stay includes everything you need, from bed and bathroom linen to pool towels and taxes. The beds are even made for you upon arrival. Depending on availability, guests can borrow paddleboards, surfboards, kayaks, or bikes.

You have the flexibility to choose your arrival date, with a minimum stay of five nights.

Deux journées, deux nuit à Plouharnel, près de Presqu'île Quiberon, chez Laurent, ça signifie un séjour extraordinaire dans une maison qui est meublée et aménagée par amour de détail et de très bon goût. Laurent est un homme très aimable et sympathique et il a l'habitude de préparer un excellent petit-déjeuner. Deux fois nous avons été ici et nous espérons de revenir. Merci très beaucoup, Laurent!

Séjour inoubliable au mois d'octobre chez Laurent! Son accueil est réellement très chaleureux et sincère. Sa maison est charmante et joliment décorée. Chambre agréable et confortable. Super petit-déjeuner copieux et varié que nous avons eu le plaisir de partager avec notre hôte.

nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison. Les chambres sont chaleureuses spacieuses, bien équipées. Le propriétaire, photographe, très sympathique qui vous plonge à votre insu dans son univers les bateaux, la mer. Un voyage extraordinaire.

Laurent is the best and his home and room are the absolute nicest we have stayed in during our trip to France. The guest room is incredible, very clean and had a private bathroom. Laurent is a wonderful person to chat with and an amazing photographer as well! I cannot say enough nice things about him and his lovely home. We had a great stay in Plouhamel.
