The property is conveniently located just 400m from the sea, beach, and coastal path, as well as being only 100m from local shops. The popular town of Royan is just 2km away. Inside, the house boasts a cozy living room with a fireplace, a color TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and microwave. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (140cm), and one with a larger double bed (160cm). A baby cot and high chair are also available. The bathroom features a sink, bathtub, washing machine, and separate dryer. There is a separate toilet with a sink. The house is equipped with electric heating and provides entertainment for children. Two bicycles (one for men and one for women) are included, along with a child seat.
