On the ground floor, the house features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy TV area, and a convenient storage room with a washing machine. The house is equipped with electric heating, including floor heating and convectors, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year. The beds are made and ready for your arrival. There is a lovely enclosed terrace accessible from the kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The garden includes a barbecue, a sandbox, and a chair/longue for relaxation.
