Situated in the serene countryside, this spacious 64 sqm² gîte is nestled within a large enclosed property adorned with lush trees and colorful flowers. Located on the first floor of the owner's house, the gîte offers independent access through outside stairs, ensuring privacy and convenience. Adjacent to two other charming gîtes, this accommodation provides a delightful ambiance.The gîte features a cozy lounge and a generously-sized kitchen, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with loved ones. Rest peacefully in the comfortable bedroom furnished with a luxurious 160cm bed. Another bedroom awaits, equipped with three 90cm beds, ideal for families or groups. The small bathroom includes a shower and a toilet, while modern amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge with deep freezer, color TV, and DVD player are provided for your convenience. Stay connected with the telephone and Wi-Fi access available throughout the gîte.
During colder months, a welcoming fireplace adds warmth and charm to the space. Linen sets can be hired for €10 per set, and towels are available for hire at €5 per person. For an effortless departure, cleaning services can be arranged upon request for €60.
Step outside onto the inviting 13 sqm² terrace, complete with teak furniture, where you can relax and soak in the tranquil surroundings. A shared pool measuring 13*6 is available for refreshing dips, while the garden furniture, barbecue, and outdoor shower enhance your outdoor experience. Directions
To access the destination, follow the directions towards Porto Vecchio until you reach QUERCIOLO. Once you reach the end of the village, take a left turn just in front of the Garage RENAULT. Proceed for 2.700 kilometers towards the sea until you see the sign post for Gite Rural. At that point, make a right turn and you will find the house 200 meters away on your right.
