Situated in the heart of the property, it offers a delightful enclosed private garden spanning 105 m2, complete with a stunning wooden terrace that faces the south. The interior of the cottage is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.The ground floor features a spacious living room that includes a sitting area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining/living room area, spanning a generous 51 m2. Additionally, there is a convenient WC located on this floor. Moving upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 160X200 and the other with two single beds. The cottage also offers a bathroom and baby-friendly toilet facilities.
