Les Hirondelles is a charming farmhouse that has been recently refurbished, located in a tranquil hamlet just a short 5-minute drive from the Circuit Val de Vienne. The farmhouse offers three comfortable bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. Guests are invited to relax and unwind in the lounge area, equipped with both English and French television, as well as complimentary WiFi. Additionally, the expansive garden is available for guests to enjoy. For added convenience, private and secure parking is provided.

This stunning area boasts its own micro-climate, making it the second sunniest destination in France. The gite offers three tastefully decorated rooms, two of which feature double beds, while the third provides twin beds. Each bedroom comes with its own private ensuite, and all necessary bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

Directions

Directions from the north: Start by taking the D741 road from Poitiers towards Confolens. When you reach the junction marked "Le Vigeant/LIsle Jourdain" (the D10), turn left and then take the first left marked "La Brunetiere, Viviers, St Martin LArs". Continue along this road for slightly less than 1km, and you will arrive at the hamlet of Viviers. Take the first right, and our house will be the third one on the right.

Directions from the south: Begin by taking the D948 road from Confolens to Pressac. Just before leaving Pressac, turn right onto the road marked D741 (Poitiers). Continue on this road until you reach the junction with the D10, which is signposted as "Le Vigeant/LIsle Jourdain". Turn right onto this road and then take the first left marked "La Brunetiere, Viviers, St Martin LArs". Follow this road for slightly less than 1km, and you will enter the hamlet of Viviers.
