Are you interested in exploring Aquitaine and indulging in the gourmet food of Périgord? Or perhaps you just want to enjoy a relaxing family holiday in a tranquil environment? Look no further, because I have the perfect solution for you! Come and experience the good life in this charming village in the Dordogne.

This beautifully renovated traditional farmhouse is ideal for you and your family. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 babies, offering complete privacy with no direct view from neighboring properties.

Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker hood, coffee maker, toaster, multi-function robot, electric mixer, electric knife, and various crockery and kitchen utensils. The living room features a cozy sofa and armchair, Freeview TV, DVD player, radio, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a highchair. There are two bedrooms with 140 x 90 beds, wardrobes, and provisions for babies including a crib and an umbrella bed upon request. The bathroom includes a washbasin, shower, and heated towel rack, while the toilet is separate. Additional amenities include electric radiators for heating, iron and ironing board, as well as baby equipment such as high chairs, booster seats, plastic tub, and toilet gear.

Outside, you will have access to a private unfenced parking area, as well as garden furniture, a parasol, and a stone barbecue.

We offer linen services upon request, including bed sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, and napkins, at a rate of 10 per room per stay.

Local activities within 1 km include a bar, tobacco shop, bakery, car garage, library, multimedia center, tourist information, tennis court, petanque field, fishing pond, hiking trails, ostrich farm, and a weekly Thursday evening tasting of farm products at Chapelle Saint Jean de la Lande. Within 10 km, you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, shopping, horseback riding, swimming, cinema, restaurants, as well as access to medical services and pharmacies.

There are also markets in nearby towns throughout the week, offering fresh produce and local products.

In terms of attractions, you can visit Etang de La Jemaye, Brantome (also known as "the Venice of the Perigord") and its abbey, Villars Cave with its paintings and crystallizations, Aubeterre (one of the most beautiful villages in France) and its monolithic church, Périgueux with its Gallo-Roman heritage and medieval renaissance old town, Bourdeilles and its castle, and much more.

The price for your stay is 40 per day or 14 hours until the next morning at 10 hours, regardless of the number of people, with an additional tax. Weekly rentals are also available. A refundable deposit of 150 is required, which will be returned upon your departure if the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for a payment of 40. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
