Description for B&B:

Welcome to our 18th century mansion, where you can experience the charm of authentic Languedoc and Mediterranean architecture. Located between Montpellier and Pic Saint Loup, our bed and breakfast offers a serene retreat surrounded by a vast park filled with century-old pine trees. During the sunny summer days, you can hear the delightful melody of cicadas singing as you take a leisurely stroll. After exploring the picturesque Pic Saint Loup or a bustling day in Montpellier, take a refreshing swim in our large outdoor swimming pool.

Our five spacious guest rooms with high ceilings all open inward onto our central indoor patio, providing a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. You will be captivated by the grandeur of the common living areas, including the salon with its antique wood panelled library and cozy fireplace. Despite being just a stone's throw away from the village of Saint Clement de Riviere, with its open-air market and convenient stores, our bed and breakfast truly offers a countryside experience.

Only a picturesque road of seven kilometers (less than five miles) will lead you to Montpellier, the vibrant capital of Languedoc-Roussillon in the sunny South of France. This exciting city is known for its 300 days of sunshine per year. If you prefer sandy beaches, they are just a few more kilometers away in Languedoc. Alternatively, you can explore the natural beauty of the magnificent Cevennes mountains or discover the cultural heritage of the surrounding villages of Pic Saint Loup. Wine enthusiasts can visit the reputable wineries in the grape-growing districts of Pic Saint Loup and Grès de Montpellier.

Start your day with a delicious traditional breakfast served in our stylish dining room or on the terrace. Our Franco-American family is at your disposal to provide advice on excursions, sports, and cultural activities. We can also recommend visits to Pic Saint Loup or Grès de Montpellier wineries and tasting rooms, as well as fine dining options in Montpellier or one of the picturesque villages of Pic Saint Loup.
