Just a five-minute stroll from Place de l'Horloge, ten minutes from the Palais des Papes, and fifteen minutes from the Doms garden and Avignon Bridge, La Maison Augustin offers convenient proximity to the city's major attractions. Additionally, the Théâtre des Carmes, Théâtre des Halles, and Théâtre du Balcon are all within easy walking distance, ensuring easy access to the city's vibrant cultural, nightlife, and social scenes.

Welcome to the spacious Augustin House, perfect for accommodating 8 to 16 guests. This large and comfortable house offers a variety of amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The highlight of the house is the expansive living room located under the roof, where Augustin will set up a generous dining table and provide two convertible sofas for extra sleeping space. Additionally, there are three bathrooms, three fully-equipped kitchens, three separate bedrooms, and two more convertible sofas for your convenience.

The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator including a freezer section, microwave oven, mini-oven, ceramic hob, kettles, electric and French press coffee makers, teapots, complete crockery, kitchen equipment, corkscrew, scissors, knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, oven dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, and more. In total, there are 18 chairs available for dining.

The large living room features two convertible sofas measuring 140 × 190, two armchairs, a television with TNT channels, Wi-Fi connection, a table with six chairs (an additional table can be provided to create a larger dining area), and a school desk with games for children.

For a restful night's sleep, there are a total of 16 beds available. These include two separate bedrooms with 140 × 190 beds, a bridal suite with one 140 × 190 bed and two 90 × 190 beds, and four double sofa beds (with an extra bed available if needed).

Each bathroom is equipped with a 90 × 90 shower, a sink, an individual water heater, a shelf, and a hairdryer. Additionally, we can provide an iron, ironing board, cot, and an extra bed measuring 80 × 190 upon request.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, coffee filters, dish soap, shower gel, soap, towels, and sheets.

Lastly, we are happy to welcome your furry friends as animals are accepted in our accommodation.

Directions

The accommodation is a 12-minute walk from Avignon center train station.

For those arriving by car, there is the option to park at the Italiens car park and take a complimentary shuttle bus to reach the accommodation. Both the shuttle and parking are free of charge.

Alternatively, you can choose to park at the Les Halles car park, which is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. Please note that there is a fee for parking here, which is 5 euros from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 1.60 euros per hour for the rest of the day.

If you prefer to park elsewhere temporarily to drop off your luggage, you can take the route "Thiers", then turn right onto "Paul Sain" street until you reach "Portail Matheron" street. The accommodation will be just 50 meters away from this point.
