Situated near the enchanting Tronçais forest, the charming 500m2 "Grange" offers a serene retreat surrounded by lush greenery and boasts its own sparkling swimming pool. Upon arrival, we warmly greet you with delectable cakes and a selection of refreshing hot or cold beverages. Upstairs, you will find three cozy and tranquil rooms, each adorned with its unique decor and complete with private bathrooms. Downstairs, a spacious living room awaits, equipped with a TV, library, and stereo, where delightful traditional French breakfasts are served. We provide all necessary information and materials in English, ensuring you don't miss out on any must-see walks or attractions in the area. Additionally, we are pleased to lend our bicycles for your enjoyment. Furthermore, our Grange hosts ever-changing art exhibitions every three months, adding an extra touch of cultural delight to your stay.

Directions

To reach Ainay-le-Chateau from Montluçon via the D28 road, head towards the village of Braize. After passing the roundabout, continue for 150 meters until you reach the outskirts of Braize. If you are coming from the A71 exit at St Amand-Montrond, it is approximately 17 kilometers away. Alternatively, if you are coming from the A71 exit at Vallon en Sully, it is roughly 18 kilometers away. Montluçon is located 45 kilometers away, while Bourges is 55 kilometers away.

For convenient transportation options, you can either fly to Paris or take the TGV Euro tunnel. From there, you can continue your journey by train to St Amand-Montrond. Once you arrive there, you have the option to rent a car yourself, or if preferred, we can arrange to pick you up!
