Description: This spacious and comfortable cottage offers a generous 80m² of living space. The interior features a ground floor with a dining room, open plan kitchen and lounge area (45m²) equipped with a cozy sofa bed (160), a fireplace, and comfortable armchairs (2). The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, pyrolysis oven, mixed plate (4), and a dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a color TV with DVD player. The cottage is heated by electric heating and also includes a telephone with France Telecom card access.

Additionally, there is a cellar with a private washing machine, dryer, cumulus (250l), and freezer storage. The large covered terrace (30m²) is perfect for enjoying the sunny outdoors.

On the first floor, there is a charming bedroom with a small balcony and a south-facing terrace (25m²) that can accommodate up to 2 people on a comfortable double bed (160). The bedroom also offers ample storage space with a desk and shelves. A cot is available for families with infants. The private bathroom includes a sink with a vanity, bidet, bathtub, separate shower, and toilet. Telephone services are available on-site.

The cottage is equipped with a satellite dish and cable demodulator, providing access to a variety of channels. Additional amenities include a barbecue, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture, baby equipment (bed cane, booster chair), and a microwave.

Directions

To access the destination, take the exit toll Lannemezan from the A64 highway. Then, follow the signs for Arreau-D929 for a distance of 24 kilometers. Once in Arreau, head towards the Place de la Mairie and cross the bridge. Take the first road on the right, which is Bareilles. At the intersection Jézeaux, keep right and continue towards Bareilles. Pass the town of Is and after 3 kilometers, you will reach Pouy. Cross the bridge, find a parking spot, and take the first street on the left. The cottage is located at the bottom right.
