I would be delighted to welcome you to this charming detached house located in the heart of a village. The house, which is approximately 50m², is situated close to the home owners' residence. Upstairs, you will find one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, as well as two sofa beds in the lounge. A baby bed is also available. The house can accommodate up to 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, and oven. Additionally, a baby chair and TV with WiFi are provided. There are also children's toys and books available for entertainment.

The house features a large bay window that overlooks the beautiful garden. Outside, there is a spacious terrace (45m²) with garden chairs and a barbecue for outdoor dining. The garden itself is well-maintained and landscaped.

Upon your arrival, you will find a map and tourist information to help you explore the surrounding area. The house is conveniently located just 8 minutes from Rouen, known for its rich history and art. The coast of Alabaster can be reached in 45 minutes via the nearby highway. Additionally, the Seine River and various attractions such as Duclair, Jumieges Abbey Road, and St Wandrille are only 15 minutes away. Other popular destinations such as Etretat, Giverny, Honfleur, and many more are also easily accessible.

In the village, there is a bakery and a commercial area just 4 km away. For art enthusiasts, there is a Contemporary Art Centre located 6 km from the house. Furthermore, Paris is only a 1 hour and 20-minute drive away.
